Dear Ms. Hsia: In your letter dated February 22, 2017, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a photograph and detailed description for the “GE StayBright LED 7ft 306 Light Spiral Tree.” The decoration is a spiral tree adorned with 306 LED lights and a glowing star topper. The tree measures approximately 7 feet in height and is constructed of a metal frame, with a 60” lead wire. When lit, the article simulates an illuminated Christmas tree. The “GE StayBright LED 7ft 306 Light Spiral Tree” is marketed and sold exclusively for Christmas.
