The item concerned is referred to as an LED Power Supply (Model # IS-SDMV2480PS). Based upon the sample provided with the ruling request, this power supply is rectangular in shape and has wires protruding from either end. This unit measures approximately 8.5 x 1.25 x 1.75 inch in dimension. It is used to convert an input voltage of 120-277 volts AC to an output voltage of 24 volts DC. It provides power to LED light fixtures. The applicable subheading for the LED Power Supply (Model # IS-SDMV2480PS) will be 8504.40.9510, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Electric transformers, static converters…: Static Converters: Other: Rectifiers…: Power supplies: With a power output not exceeding 50 W.” The rate of duty will be 1.1%.
