The sample will be returned to you, as requested. Style OB27700A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H is a boys’ polyester woven board short that is visibly coated on the inner surface with polyurethane. The pull-on style shorts have a full mesh polyester liner, a fully elasticized waistband and hemmed leg openings. The applicable subheading for Style OB27700A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H will be 6210.40.5039, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides other men’s or boys’ garments, of man-made fibers, having an outer surface impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with rubber or plastics material which completely obscures the underlying fabric, other, trousers, breeches and shorts, other.
