Dear Ms. Barnes: In your letter dated April 12, 2016, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a photograph of SKU #17758501, Standing Santa, which is a Santa Claus figure whose head, body, hands and shoes are made of plastic, and its beard and clothes are made of textile fabric. The Santa Claus figure measures approximately 36” in height, and holds a snow-dusted evergreen tree in one hand and a snow-dusted wreath in the other hand.
