Samples of the two products have been submitted for review and will be returned as requested. You describe the first product as “Cupholder Wipes” (item number 263636) imported in a round, plastic, dispensing canister, containing twenty-five 6” x 5” wipes. You describe the second product as “Basic Baby Wipes” (item number 822636) imported in a round, plastic, dispensing canister, containing one hundred and forty 7” x 6” wipes. Both wipes are made of plain, spunlace, nonwoven fabric coated with a soap-free proprietary cleaning liquid that includes non-aromatic surfactants.
