With your letter you submitted nine assorted samples. These samples are being returned at your request, less those portions destroyed in testing or retained for file purposes. These ribbons are said to comprise CVS Item Number 702232-2015 3/8” x 3 yds. Ribbon Assortment. You state that they will be imported and sold during the 2015 Christmas season, and bear various decorative holiday motifs or colors. However, the subject merchandise is not classified as a festive article. Your letter and samples indicate that the ribbons below are all of woven construction and measure 3/8” in width x 3 yards in length. None of the ribbons have wires inserted along the edges. The stated fiber content of the individual ribbons is as follows: Styles CVS NA533A-1~2, -3~4, -11~12, and -17~18 are woven ribbons of 100% polyester, decorated with printing or glitter, and are cut from a wider piece of fabric.
