The submitted sample is identified as a mug. The same diameter measurement is maintained at every point from the top to the bottom. The mug stands at a height of approximately 3¾” and has a C-shaped handle on one side. It has a capacity of 12 oz. and is of cobalt blue color with a glazed finish but will be imported in a variety of colors. After importation, a printing process will be used on the outer surface of the mug and it will be sold as a promotional item.

The submitted sample is identified as a mug. The item is a drinking vessel that is comprised of stoneware ceramic material, is cylindrical in shape and measures approximately 3” in diameter across the open mouth, as well as across the base. The same diameter measurement is maintained at every point from the top to the bottom. The mug stands at a height of approximately 3¾” and has a C-shaped handle on one side.
