You have submitted two samples, which are being returned to you. The two samples are pouches constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. The pouch labeled Sample 1 has a drawstring closure. The pouch labeled Sample 2 has a zipper closure. They are designed to provide storage, protection, portability, and organization to a portable steamer or other articles. The pouches are of a durable construction and suitable repetitive use. The applicable subheading for the pouches will be 4202.92.9026, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other containers and cases, with outer surface of man-made textile materials. The rate of duty is 17.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
