Each rectangular shaped table wipe measures approximately 9 inches by 12 inches. The items are made of 100% wood pulp. The table wipes are intended to be used in the home, kitchen or hotel. The applicable subheading for the table wipes will be 4818.90.0000, HTSUS, which provides for other (than certain enumerated) household, sanitary or hospital articles, of paper pulp, paper, cellulose wadding or webs of cellulose fibers.
