You have submitted a sample of an outdoor umbrella, item number 830226. The upper portion of the two-piece umbrella pole is adjustable for height up to seven feet and can be tilted for optimal sun coverage. The umbrella comes with a drawstring polyester carrying sleeve with handles. The applicable subheading for the beach umbrella with two-piece pole and carrying sleeve, item number 830226, will be 6601.10.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for umbrellas and sun umbrellas (including walking stick umbrellas, garden umbrellas, and similar umbrellas): garden or similar umbrellas.
