Dear Mr. Prata: In your letter dated December 16, 2014, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client, CVS/Pharmacy. The merchandise under consideration is referred to as the Crystal File and Case, item number 988445. A sample was submitted with your ruling request and will be returned to you. The Crystal File and Case consists of a nail file measuring approximately 3.5 inches long by .375 inches wide by .0625 inches thick, packaged for retail sale with a fitted plastic case in a cardboard blister pack.
