You provided a percent by weight breakdown of comonomers and CAS numbers for review. Kane ACE PA-21 is described as a methacrylic styrene copolymer. The acrylic comonomers predominate by weight. The white resin powder is available in 50lb bags for use in extrusion and injection molding applications. The applicable subheading for Kane ACE PA-21 methacrylic styrene copolymer will be 3906.90.2000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for: Acrylic polymers, in primary forms: Other: Other: Plastics. The rate of duty will be 6.3% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
