The ruling number assigned was not for the item under consideration. A complete corrected ruling follows. In your letter dated June 20, 2013 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The item under consideration has been identified as an electric dirt bike, model 8801-71, “Avigo Extreme Off-Road Electric Scooter.” The Aviago is powered by a 36 volt 350 watt electric motor and has a maximum speed of between 18-22 miles per hour, depending on weight of rider. In your ruling request you did not provide a maximum rider weight.
