Attached to either end of the woven cotton portion is a small metal embellishment. The remainder of the belt is constructed of 90% cotton and 10% elastidine woven fabric. The belt features leather tabs and a double snap fastener. The samples will be returned to you as requested.

Dear Mr. Victoria: In your letter dated January 8, 2013, you requested a tariff classification ruling for two items. The first sample submitted, identified as style number 308817, is a ladies’ belt which is constructed of 100% paper yarn backed by 90% nylon and 10% elastidine warp knit fabric.
