The submitted sample is identified as a Mr. Bar-B-Q Heavy Duty Grill Scrubber, Item No. 06001X, Liss Item# 9018321, Mfg Item# 18321. This item is comprised of a scrubbing mop-head pad that is attached to a frame which is molded to a handle. Stated on the attached card are the words “Recommended for Use on Porcelain Cooking Grids”, Cleans Faster and Better Than a Grill Brish” and “Will Not Flatten Out or Get Soft”. As you requested, the sample will be returned to you. The applicable subheading for Item No. 06001X, Liss Item# 9018321, Mfg Item# 18321 will be 9603.90.8050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for…mops…: other: other…other. The rate of duty will be 2.8 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
