The merchandise subject to this ruling is referred to as a charger (Model YL-015C60-1201000). This charger will be used to supply power to both a boy’s and girl’s “Avigo OPP” scooter. You refer to those scooters as item numbers 8801-01 and 8801-02. The charger has an input of 100-240 volts of alternating current (AC) and an output of 12 volts of direct current (DC).
