The merchandise subject to this ruling is referred to as a charger (model QL-09009-B2401500H). This charger will be used to supply power to a city scooter (item # 8801-3). The charger has an input of 100-120 watts of alternating current (AC) and an output of 24 volts of direct current (DC). As such, it is a rectifier (AC/DC). The output in wattage is 36 watts (24 volts x 1500 milli amps).
