Dear Mr. Chen: In your letter dated May 3, 2012, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample will be returned to you as requested. Style #219BS3903 is a pair of boys’ swim trunks composed of 100% polyester woven fabric. They feature an elasticized waistband, a mesh support liner with a coin pocket, slash pockets on both sides, a patch pocket in the rear with drainage, hemmed leg openings, a simulated front fly, a fully functional drawstring threaded throughout the waistband, two tabs at the center front waistband with four grommets and a laced closure.
