Dear Mr. Tshiboyi: In your letter dated October 18, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples submitted will be returned. Style W0684 is a woman’s brief styled panty. It features two-ply construction on the front center panel. The outer-ply of the undergarment is constructed of 54% nylon, 36% polyester and 10% elastane open work knitted fabric with inwrought designs. The inner-ply is made up of nylon and spandex knit fabric.
