Dear Mr. Hasson: In your letter dated July 1, 2011, on behalf of Mechco Products Group, Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted two samples for review. Item C1A3B is described as a flanged twelve-point, external wrenching screw made of steel. It measures 1¼ - 8 x 6 and is threaded slightly more than half its length.
