You submitted detailed color photographs of the “Ceramic Gingerhouse.” The item is a painted ceramic representation of a gingerbread house decorated with sparkly snow and peppermint candies. The decorative house measures 30” high x 15” wide x 4” deep. The gingerbread house will be sold as a decoration for the Christmas season. The applicable subheading for the “Ceramic Gingerhouse” will be 9505.10.2500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Christmas ornaments: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be Free.
