Two representative samples, designated in your letter as Sample A and Sample B were submitted with your ruling request. Sample A, described in your letter as 50 ml Klee bottle 18/415, is a square-shaped clear glass bottle measuring approximately five and one-half inches in height by one inch in width. The bottle has a one inch threaded neck and a one-quarter inch opening. The bottle includes a thin plastic tube attached to a plastic finger actuated scent sprayer. A removable plastic cap is included. Sample B, described in your letter as 50 ml Klee bottle 18/415, is a square-shaped clear glass bottle measuring five and one-half inches in height by one inch in width. The bottle has a one inch threaded neck and a one-quarter inch opening. The bottle includes a thicker plastic tube attached to a plastic finger actuated scent sprayer. You stated in your letter that each bottle is designed to spray and disperse cosmetic oil.
