A photograph and a representative sample of a tabletop glass mirror were submitted with your ruling for our review. As per your request, the sample is being returned. The subject article is described as a “3 in 1 Magnifying Tabletop Mirror” - item number 69210. It is a tabletop, two-sided, magnifying glass mirror in a powder blue swivel plastic frame. One side features a large oval mirror measuring 9 ½ inches x 5 ½ inches with a 1x magnification. The other side features two round mirrors, each measuring 4 inches in diameter - one with a 2x magnification and the other with a 3x magnification.
