Style DW7734 is a ladies’ brassiere constructed with 80% nylon and 20% spandex knit fabric. The brassiere features molded underwire cups, adjustable elasticized shoulder straps, an adjustable hook and eye rear closure, and an embroidered floral design on the side of the cups. The applicable subheading for Style DW7734 will be 6212.10.5020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Brassieres, girdles, corsets, braces, suspenders, garters and similar articles and parts thereof, whether or not knitted or crocheted: brassieres: containing lace, net or embroidery: other, of man-made fibers. The rate of duty will be 16.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
