The submitted sample will be retained by this office. The merchandise under consideration is described as a Snowman Door Hanger, item number FCD100212A. It is a decorative bell door hanger made primarily of base metal. Its main components are a metal ring wrapped in silver-colored cord, a black metal top hat that hangs from the ring, and three white metal spheres of increasing size that make up the head and body of the snowman. The rate of duty will be 5.8 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
