The sample submitted with your letter is a zippered bag measuring approximately 17 ½ inches by 17 inches by 9 inches. The bag will be imported empty and used as the retail package for a toy bowling set consisting of 10 pins and 2 balls. The front and back panels of the bag are composed of clear polyethylene plastic sheeting while the gussets are composed of nonwoven polyethylene textile fabric. The bag has a webbed carrying strap. The essential character is imparted by the polyethylene plastic panels7.
