The subject product, Sirolimus Complex, is also known as Rapamycin and is an immunosuppressant drug. It is used to prevent rejection in organ transplantation, especially in kidney transplants. The applicable subheading for the Sirolimus Complex in bulk form will be 2941.90.1050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Antibiotics: Other: Natural: Other.” The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
