Dear Mr. Rizner: In your letter dated November 24, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of Jones and Mitchell. The provided sample will be returned as per your request. Style 112314 is a women’s pullover constructed of a 100% cotton jersey fabric. The garment will also be available in a 90% cotton 10% polyester jersey fabric. The outer surface of the fabric measures more than 9 stitches per two centimeters counted in the direction that the stitches were formed.
