An ingredients breakdown for Quorn brand Turk’y Burger, and sample packages for similar products were submitted with your letter. The Quorn brand Turk’y Burger consists of approximately 51 percent mycoprotein, 21 percent rehydrated egg white, 10 percent wheat flour, 6 percent onion, 5 percent canola oil, 3 percent wheat protein, 1 percent natural flavor, 1 percent tapioca starch, and less than one percent, each, salt, pectin, and sodium alginate (seaweed extract). The product will be imported frozen in boxes containing 280 grams, net weight. The rate of duty will be 6.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
