Dear Mr. Rizner: In your letter dated May 7, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of Holloway Sportswear. As requested, your sample will be returned. Style 9560 “Ultimatum” is a pair of men’s pants constructed from 100% polyester, woven twill fabric. Style 9560 has a flat waistband with six belt loops; a zippered fly front opening with a button closure at the waistband; two side seam pockets; two rear welt pockets with button closures; and overlock stitching on the unfinished legs. Style 9560 will be imported in Men’s sizes 28-50.
