Literature provided indicates the briefs will be available in 3-5 different styles and marketed and sold under the trade name “STRIDE”.

Dear Mr. Garcia: In your letter dated March 6, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling, on behalf of your client, Berkshire Imports, Inc. The sample submitted will be returned. The submitted sample, a woman’s brief styled panty is constructed of 80% nylon and 20% lycra knit fabric. You do not state the style number. According to your submission the undergarment will be used for moisture management problems associated with light incontinence (minor leakage).
