Dear Ms. Hsia: In your letter dated March 4, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is a 100 LED (Light Emitting Diodes) Miniature Light Set, Item Number 97476. From the information you provided, this light set is designed for indoor and outdoor use and will be sold for the Christmas holiday. The miniature light set measures approximately 34 feet long.
