In reviewing that letter a clerical error in the statistical suffix was identified. That clerical error has been corrected in the text below. In your letter dated October 28, 2015, on behalf of CVS/pharmacy, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A sample was submitted with your request and will be returned to you.
