The item in question is described as a bushing/ring for use in an injection molding machine. Technical drawings and an illustration were submitted. The bushing is a steel cylindrical collar with grease channels cut into surface of its interior bore. This bushing is press fit into a toggle link mechanism comprised of toggle levers and a toggle arm that connects a toggle support to a movable platen. The rate of duty will be 4.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
