Ritter Sport Milk Chocolate with Butter Biscuit is a snack product consisting of a square, baked biscuit enrobed in milk chocolate. The product is presented for retail sale in sealed film wrappers, in units weighing 100 grams (3.5 ounces) or 16.7 grams (0.6 ounce), net weight. The applicable subheading for these products will be 1905.31.0049, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for bread, pastry, cakes, biscuits and other bakers’ wares, whether or not containing cocoa…sweet biscuits…other…other. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
