An ingredients breakdown and images of the product accompanied your inquiry. Biopekarna Zemanka brand “Organic Spelt Animal Cocoa Biscuits” is said to be composed of 65 percent spelt flour, 23 percent non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, 20 percent rice syrup, 12 percent agave syrup, and 4 percent cocoa. The product is intended to be sold at retail in plastic packages containing 100 grams. The applicable subheading for the biscuits will be 1905.31.0049, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for bread, pastry, cakes, biscuits and other bakers’ wares, whether or not containing cocoa…sweet biscuits…other…other.
