Dear Mr. Krueger: In your letter dated January 12, 2009 you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client, John Deere and Company. Under consideration are three models of floodlamps. They are designated as Part Number AH212576 Headlight, Part Number AH212577 Headlight, and Part Number AH212522 Floodlamp. Samples of these floodlamps were submitted with your ruling request and will be returned to you. All three floodlamps are self-contained fixture assemblies comprised of replaceable lamps incorporated into a plastic housing fitted with metal mounting brackets, and measure approximately 5 inches long by 6 ½ inches wide by 6 ½ inches wide at their widest points.
