The submitted sample, Style 857140 3706, is a bodyshirt made of 93 percent cotton and 7 percent elastane jersey knit fabric. The bodyshirt has a scooped neckline in front, a three snap crotch, short hemmed sleeves and elasticized hemmed leg openings. The submitted sample is being returned. The applicable subheading will be 6114.20.0020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Other garments, knitted or crocheted: Of cotton: Bodysuits and bodyshirts. The rate of duty will be 10.8% ad valorem. The textile category designation is 359. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
