Your sample will be returned to you, as requested. Style 88375 is a woman’s bodysuit composed of 80 percent cotton and 20 percent spandex knit fabric. The one-piece tank-style, tightly fitted garment is sleeveless and features a shelf bra, mock neck, a front partial zipper closure, and an open back. The unitard extends to the ankles and has hemmed leg openings. The garment will be imported in adult sizes S-XL. The applicable subheading for style 88375 will be 6114.20.0020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Other garments, knitted or crocheted: Of cotton: Bodysuits and bodyshirts.” The rate of duty will be 10.8 percent ad valorem.
