The submitted sample is an oven glove. It is made from 100 percent aramid knit fabric. The glove has separate fingers and thumb that feature silicone strips on the exterior surface. The glove has a cuff opening on the bottom used for the insertion of a hand. The oven glove measures approximately 10.5 inches long x 6.5 inches in width. The applicable subheading for the oven glove will be 6304.91.0040, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other furnishing articles, excluding those of heading 9404: other: knitted or crocheted... of man-made fibers. The duty rate will be 5.8 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
