Dear Ms. Schmidt: In your letter dated October 14, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample is being returned as you requested. You refer to the submitted sample as a coffee press set (SKU 2347218). It consists of one Chambord 8-cup coffee press and 2 Pavina double wall coffee glasses. The items are packaged for retail sale. The coffee press is made of glass and stainless steel. Attached to the stainless steel lid is a rod-like plunger and screen.
