The sample which you submitted is being returned as requested. The submitted sample is a polyvinylchloride bottle that measures approximately 6.375” in height and has a diameter of approximately 2.5”, a printed invitation on a sheet of paper that measures approximately 5.5” X 3.875”, a self-adhesive address label that measures approximately 3.25” X 2” and a polyester ribbon.
