The merchandise that is the subject of this ruling request is identified as “The Boomer,” item number 00115. “The Boomer” is comprised of a miniature toy golf club with a soft oversized head, a soft tee, and two foam balls. The kid-friendly toy golf set is designed for use by children ages four and up. The applicable subheading for “The Boomer” will be 9503.00.0080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Tricycles, scooters, pedal cars and similar wheeled toys…dolls, other toys…puzzles of all kinds; parts and accessories thereof… Other.” The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
