Product description
The sample will be returned to you. Style 11560, Pirate Captain Costume, consists of a blouse/shirt which you call a coat, pants, hat and a plastic sword. The blouse/shirt, pants and hat are made of 100 percent polyester fabric. The blouse/shirt is made of polyester needle punch felt fabric with an inset of knit velour fabric. The item has long sleeves with cuffs, a pointed collar, an attached vest and sash; faux flap pockets and a full front opening with right over left hook and loop closures. The item is decorated with buttons and gold trim. The pants are made of woven fabric and are designed without a fly, a tunneled elastic waist and faux boot tops. The pirate hat is made of knit velour fabric and decorated with a gold piping. The above costume is well made with a sturdy neck, seams and styling. The Pirate Captain Costume consists of two or more garments. Note 14 of Section XI, of the HTSUSA, requires that textile garments of different headings be separately classified, thus preventing classification of costumes consisting of two or more garments as sets. If a set cannot exist by application of Note 14, the articles that may be packaged with the garments must also be classified separately.
