Box 1199 Williston, VT 05495 RE: The tariff classification of a ceiling fan duster from Taiwan. Dear Ms. Ramsey: In your letter dated July 15, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample that was submitted will be retained by this office. A sample has been submitted for a ceiling fan duster, style number 23930. The duster consists of a 12 inch wide polypropylene brush which attaches to an ABS plastic handle and three aluminum extensions. The extensions can increase the length of the handle from 27 inches to 37 inches and to 47 inches to assist in reaching ceiling-mounted fans.
