Dear Ms. Wong: In your letter dated July 8, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted sample will be returned as requested A sample was submitted for style number PP 1075104, a black and white cluster pendant necklace. The gold-colored base metal chain measures 34 inches and features a pendant of eight plastic gems in a cluster form. The subject necklace is composed of different components and is considered a composite good.
