The merchandise that is the subject of your binding ruling request is identified as the Beverly Hills Puppy Club. There is no designated style number indicated for the product. The Beverly Hills Puppy Club includes 3 plush toy dogs, approximately 4” tall, and a toy bed. The miniature toy bed is designed to hold the three small toy dogs. A photograph was submitted of the complete retail package. The applicable subheading for the Beverly Hills Puppy Club will be 9503.00.0080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Tricycles, scooters, pedal cars and similar wheeled toys...dolls, other toys…puzzles of all kinds; parts and accessories thereof…Other”.
