The subject product, Calcipotriol Anhydrous is a synthetic derivative of calcitriol or Vitamin D. It is used in the treatment of psoriasis. The applicable subheading for Calcipotriol Anhydrous, imported in bulk form, will be 2906.19.5000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Cyclic alcohols and their halogenated, sulfonated, nitrated or nitrosated derivatives: Cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic: Other: Other." Pursuant to General Note 13, HTS, the rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/.
