Dear Mr. Engelmann: In your letter dated March 27, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples submitted will be returned. Style 8030 is a string-knit work glove constructed of 50% polyester, 45% Kevlar, 5% spandex and 3% other textile fibers. The glove features a cowhide leather overlay covering the complete palmside from the fingertips to wrist and the thumb forefinger crotch, and creating the fourchettes and sidewalls of the glove.
