Descriptive information was submitted. The article in question is described as a “CPP Series High Velocity Poly Housing Fan” that can be mounted on a wall or ceiling. The information provided indicates that the fan is available in a range of sizes and capacities. However, all the variations are axial in design and have a self-contained motor of an output exceeding 125 watts. The applicable subheading for the subject fan will be 8414.59.6090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for axial fans. The rate of duty will be 2.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
